We do not record any credit card details on this site. We record you name, address and email address, but if you wish this deleted after your purchase - please email us and we will completely delete all your details. We NEVER give anyone any of your personal details.  

Payment Methods

We try to be flexible at The House of Oojah, so there are several ways you can pay for your purchase. If you want to place a School Order - click here for more details

Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) via Paypal

You can pay with Credit Card. Processing is done via Paypal. Paypal is one of the worlds leading payment gateways. We have taken thousands of payments via Paypal.

Some of the advantages of Paypal

* we don't see your credit card details - all credit card processing through Paypal is done through Paypal's site - we never see your credit card details

* you don't need to join Paypal to use your credit card - you can make a credit card payment for purchases like any other online credit card gateway - you do not need to join Paypal

* if you wish - you don't even need to use your credit card - you can use your Bank Account. You can set up a Paypal account and transfer money from your Bank Account to your Paypal account. You never need to use a credit card on-line.

* There are NO CHARGES TO YOU when you use Paypal - all charges are paid by us.

Bank Deposit

You can pay by transferring the payment amount from your Bank Account to ours via Internet banking. We have Bank Accounts in Australia (CBA) and New Zealand (ANZ) . .

Shop online - Pay offline with Cash

You can also take your payment in cash to any Commonwealth Bank, take the banking details we email to you and you can deposit it into our bank account. Remember to give the teller the reference number from your order.

Money Order/Cheque

*You can send us a money order or via the post (Australia Post money orders only for purchases in Australia only) 

*Money Orders/Cheques need to be made out to Sagin Pty Ltd.  There are instructions on how to place an order on the website paying with money order or cheque here  

*If you send a Cheque we can't post your item until the Cheque has cleared. Cheques need to be made out to Sagin Pty Ltd. 

*Cheques can only be used for Australian purchases being posted to Australian addresses. Cheques or Money orders must be received within 7 days otherwise an order may be cancelled

Phone Orders

We are unable to take Telephone orders, as we cannot take credit card payments via the Phone (only via Paypal). You can pay via Bank Deposit or Money order and do an online order - or send in a order form from here

I am in a hurry - how long does payment take?

The fastest way to pay is by credit card via our Paypal gateway - we get the payment immediately, and depending what time the payment is made, and if it is a weekday, it can be posted the same day.

Bank Deposit is slower, but can take sometimes only one or two days working days, but can take up to 5 working days.

Payment via money order is next fastest, it is just the time the money order takes to reach us, however that can be 2-10 days depending where it is posted from in Australia.

Payment via cheque is the slowest, it can take 2-10 days to reach us in the mail, then up to 5 days for the cheque to clear - thus it can be up to 4 weeks, depending where you are in Australia, for you items to arrive.
