About the Author: Mark McEwen was a fixture on CBSas The Early Show from 1987 to 2002 and also worked as a correspondent on the prime-time news magazine 48 Hours. At the time of his stroke, he was an anchor at WKMG-TV in Orlando. Daniel Paisner is the author or coauthor of more than forty books, including seven "New York Times" bestsellers.Jason "J-Mac" McElwain overcame a childhood diagnosis of severe autism, enabling him to attend Greece Athena High School where he earned a manager's position on the basketball team.
