The Chronicles of Narnia - Prince Caspian - Audio Drama CD

Brand New (still shrink wrapped) 3CDs 200 minutes -

This is an audio drama with actors - not a reading of the book

The fourth in the series of dramas faithfully adapted from C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia, this enchanting audio drama tells the tale of an evil king who threatens the life of Narnia's rightful king - the young Prince Caspian. Recorded in London with some of England's finest actors and utilizing film-style sound design and a rich musical score, Prince Caspian creates an imaginative world that will inspire listeners of all ages

Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy are suddenly transported from an English train station to an island in the world of Narnia. Why they've been shifted so dramatically isn't made clear at first, but they soon learn they're to play an important role in the battle between a young Prince who is heir to the Narnian throne and his devious Uncle who has usurped it.

With the help of Trumpkin the Dwarf and many other memorable characters, the four children rush to the aid of Prince Caspian and learn a great deal about faith along the way.

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, published in 1950, tells the story of four ordinary children, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie. They discover that a professor's wardrobe leads to the magical land of Narnia, and help to save it from the evil White Witch. They are helped in their quest by several creatures, including Aslan the Lion, the guardian of Narnia. The tale culminates in an epic battle against the forces of the witch.

The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Published in 1952, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader returns Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, along with their priggish cousin, Eustace Scrubb, to Narnia. This perilous journey brings them face to face with many wonders and dangers as they sail toward Aslan's country at the end of the world.

The Silver Chair

Published in 1953, The Silver Chair is the first book without the Pevensie children. Instead, Aslan calls Eustace back to Narnia together with his fellow student Jill Pole. The Magician's Nephew

Published in 1955, the prequel The Magician's Nephew brings us back to the very beginning of Narnia where we learn how Aslan created the world and how evil first entered it.
